We are very sorry to hear that Andrew felt as if he were forced into paying a higher than quoted amount to have his vehicle transported, when it was actually Andrew who requested to expedite the order, so that the vehicle could be delivered by a certain date. Andrew had originally opted for our budget rate of $595 which comes with a 10 day window for pickup which we would have fulfilled, but on the first available pickup date, he opted for our expedite service which got his vehicle picked up and delivered in the time frame of his choosing. Here at Autostar we appreciate the hard times, and do offer budget rates to all our customers who have some flexibility in transporting their vehicles, as well as expedite service for those who need it.
