Glenn, I am glad you did not fall victim to the "Low Quote Bait and Switch" tactic used by many unscrupulous brokers in this industry. They quote a low price knowing that many people will ONLY focus on a low quote. Why pay more for something if someone is telling you it can be done for less? Problem is, customers must realize they are bidding on carrier space. If a carrier has the option to transport one vehicle at $800 and a similar vehicle on the same route at $850, they will chose the higher paying vehicle. Brokers with ridiculously low quotes will either come back to their customers asking for more money or they will ignore their calls, all while holding the customer hostage who has paid a deposit and entered into a contract with their credit card. You also credit the carrier, thank you! We ONLY use carriers that maintain a 95 percent customer percent customer service rating or better. You get what you pay for, especially when you realize you are turning over the keys to someone you do not know.
