Although it took more time that I'd like to get the car picked up (mostly due to the small window of time the lot was open), once picked up the delivery was speedy and low stress. I was disappointed I ended up having to pay an extra 300 over the quote, but overall fairly satisfied.

Hi Ashley Thank you very much for your review. You were very understanding and calm throughout the whole process which I appreciated very much. I am very happy that the delivery was speedy and caused you little stress. I apoligise for the late pick up, but the repair company had given us little choice, as it was only open 3 hours a day, 5 days a week.
