I hadn't ever used a transport company in the past, and after reading through countless sights warnings and reviews of service.......I was feeling stressed to say the least. Then there were the quotes ranging from under $400 to nearly $1000 to add to my worry. Then Brian called and did a fantastic job of educating me, steering me towards useful resources and did not rush me to make any decisions. As a result, AutoStar Transport earned my business bringing my 2003 BMW motorcycle from AZ to CA. They found a shipper within a couple of hours of my decision to give them my business, and the bike was picked up 24 hrs later. Fantastic! Both AutoStar and the Transporter communicated with me well. When the call came to tell me the bike would arrive Tuesday monrning, I was quite satisfied. When the transporter called again Monday to ask if we could move the delivery to Monday evening, it was even better. Fast, economical, and delivered in perfect shape.
