Here is the dispatch sheet that your carrier received with all of the completed information, including the correct year, make and model of the vehicle as well as all of the delivery details. The information the carrier gave to you was incorrect, and it is unfortunate that you would post a claim that we are ‘liars’ based upon their faulty information. Furthermore, Pamela in customer service relayed to you the estimated pickup day based on what the carrier told her it would be. With trucks this size, any number of factors can result in the carrier running a little early or a little late - in this case, the carrier arrived earlier than they originally expected and earlier than they had told Pamela.
I can only hope that you will reconsider your review, as it is not a fair representation of what actually occurred.
