The carrier assigned to pick up my car broke down the day before. AutoStar was able to get a new carrier for the very next day. At time of contracting I was told pickup would be within 3 days before or after my preffered pickup date. They were true to their word. My car made it to the final destination with no problems three days before the estimated delivery date. I was very satisfied with the service I recieved even when things didn't go smoothly.
