This is Max, Im very sorry about the 25 dollar credit not being deducted from your online booking charge. I myself do not work in the technical services team, but since this happened the clerical system error has been fixed, and the $25 has been credited to your account. In the end I was your broker and its my job to make sure you are 100 percent satisfied. I take full responsibility for any billing or transportation issues before, durring or after your truck was shipped.
