M. Strain, thank you for allowing me opportunity to turn around your initial negative experience with the vehicle transport industry. I contacted you on 27 July as I noticed your vehicle was listed by another transport broker at a price that I was certain would not be enough to secure a carrier. You contacted me on 2 August as your previous broker had not been able to find a carrier for your vehicle. Within hours I had a carrier assigned for pick up the following day. I would recommend everyone to do careful background checks on all transport brokers they hear from. This particular carrier had a customer review on this website that complained they got a low quote...but also no carrier to transport their vehicle at that low quoted price!
