Good experience

I had an very good experience with this company. Tammie, the rep. I spoke with was very helpful, and every time I called for information, she or whoever was available was very helpful. Pickup and dropoff was at two homes, and the huge 9 car truck still did fine in the neighborhood. Stephen the driver was great about calling me back on the road. Autostar let me know the car would arrive on Sat or Sun, and gave me the drivers' cell. He was quick about returning my call, and letting me know exactly when to expect him. He was even a little early.

I'm not sure what to answer about the question below about being paid to submit the review. Autostar has a monthly drawing so one reviewer gets a $100 check fpr completing a review. Given that there must be a lot of reviews each month, that doesn't motivate me all that much, although it did get me filling it out. If I'd had a bad experience, I would have been more likely to post my review without the incentive, I suppose. So, no I don't really expect to get paid, but raffle prize helped get the review posted.
