Great--So much better than Expected!

I checked with various companies about transporting a car from Florida to Massachusetts. After one company that had been around for more than 20 years just gave me the run around and kept raising their price (and still not giving me any definite info nor did they send me the contract they promised to send before i committed--especially after I questioned the number of complaints about them to the Better Business Bureau), I decided to go with a 5-star rated broker that turned out to be very new. This was the first time I ever used a transport, and had visions of all sorts of problems. And, the more i researched the industry (even after signing a contract with Autostar--and then even after the car was picked up!), the more concerned I became. But, ALL of my fears were unfounded. Within SEVEN DAYS of first contacting Autostar (and three and one-half days after signing a contract!), the car is now sitting in my driveway in Massachusetts. I had wondered if all of the rave reviews were actually written by Autostar insiders as they had so many for a (at least for now) small company. Now I know that they are all true. I have never before written an on-line review of anything--but now I feel compelled to do so. Autostar and their carrier did a great job; the car arrived in the exact same condition, no additional miles, nothing taken or damaged. No extraneous emails from Autostar. Just here is the price, here is the contract, and a few calls that confirmed the contract & the pickup. Very professional. Very timely. I would certainly recommend them and use them again.
