We were shipping our Toyota Hylander to our daughter in Boston from San Francisco. It so happened that MA had the biggest snowstorm in a century that the entire state was hit with 21" snow in one night in Boston and its vicinity. All interstate highways were closed for traffic. Our driver was stuck in Springfield for three days before he could move. Although it was three days late in delivery, it was an excellent effort. The driver, Carlos was curteous and tried every possible ways to deliver the car. We are thankful that the car was delivered safe despite a slight delay. Absolutely, will use this company again in future.
