This industry is based on estimated rates which are also called quotes (an estimate of what a broker feels will get a carrier to pick up your vehicle)....these estimates turn in to bids which are placed on the national freight board and in the end it is not my choice what is transported it is the carrier's. As mentioned, your pick up and delivery locations were somewhat challenging for enclosed carriers and the Rickenbacher C is a 7 foot tall vehicle. The real key in this business is always great communication to ensure a smooth transport. That means being available at all times.
