I initially made an email contact on a Thursday looking for a quote. Within a few hours I had a response. I waited until Monday morning to call and confirm our decision to go ahead. At that time I was unaware that the normal time for an arranged pick-up was about a week. Since the car needed to get to CA faster, I paid a "rush" fee. The car was picked up the next day! I was advised that cross country transport would be 5-10 days. It was delivered in seven. The drivers of the carrier were polite and business-like. I would definitely use this firm again.
