Picked up a BMW 550 from Florida. Was nervous going with an open carrier given the value of the vehicle, but Yasmin assured me that an open carrier would suffice. She didn't try and upsell the enclosed option (not sure if they would have made more $ on the booking but still). This wasn't the lowest quote I received (over 30+ quotes) but Brian's initial email/contact was thoughtful and spending a little extra was worth putting my mind at ease.
