First Time Auto Transport experience

Being the first time ever transporting a vehicle anywhere I was more than a little apprehensive. Did a search on line and talked to about 8 companies. Owen McCafferty, my Transport Coordinator was very helpful, reassuring and patient. He followed up as directed and was not pushy in anyway. He encouraged me to check out any companies I was thinking about using and I did. He never over promised and always provided answers to my questions. Owen was very professional in his dealing with me on my transport and kept me informed of all the milestones along the way from signing the contract to bidding the job and assignment of a carrier. My carrier was Nick Transportation. Nick contacted me early to provide me a timeframe for the scheduled pick up and delivery. His estimates were excellent and both the pick up and delivery went smoothly and was timely. Finally, the day after delivery, I received a call from AutoStar Customer Service to make sure all went as planned and that I was completely satisfied. You never know when you may have to transport an automobile but I know if I have to in the future AutoStar Transport and Logistics will be the people I'll call and I recommend them highly.
