From my quote- the team at Transport Auto Logisitics was a class act. I had dozens of calls from transport suitors when I gave my email online to a site much like Travelocity for carriers. Kerron at Transport Auto Logistics had a winning personality on message - spoke intelligently and NEVER did I get a voicemail or recorded message. And did I mention the price? 200$ less than most others. I never called anyone else back - just because of his dependable character displayed in our conversation. He listened - he wasn't pushy to sell. I truly felt like my needs were his goal - a rarety in American business these days. Whole set up was easy. Tracking was easy. Seamless event. In fact I called once - mid transport, spoke to another person - he didn't have answer - hung up- and had a call back with 3 minutes - letting me know exactly what I wanted to know from driver. Driver arrived on a holiday - very courteous and as nice and professional as could be - Sergio Alvarez was his name. Another class act. I have shipped a car across country twice now . If I ever ship again - I will only call TAL. This team are the Rolls Royce of shipping - with a Honda price.
