I transported my car from IL to KS. Customer Representatives are very communicative and they updated me every time until the carrier is available. And also the carrier person also updated the exact time of pick up and came at exact time for pickup. My friend has to receive the car but at the time of delivery he is in Office, so I requested the Driver to deliver the car at his Office and the driver didn't hesitated for this and delivered the car at his Office with perfect condition.

I will definitely suggest this to all and if i will get any opportunity I will use AutoStar Transport again.
