The good part of this service is honesty and keeping you in post. From the sales to operation and driver, they let you know the current status of the shipping schedule. And the best thing is the delivery is fast. It took about 5 days to deliver my car from state of NY to CA. That was really satisfactory.
One thing that was not convenient was that it was not door to door delivery. You needed to delivery and pick up your car in a nearby shopping plaza or the middle lane of the street. It may be due to the shipping truck was too huge to enter into residential area.
In general, I had a good experience with AutoStar. They delivered the car promptly in a long distance - that may covered other small defects.
