I am very sorry you that you felt our service did not meet your standards. We however did get your vehicle picked up in the allocated time as per our contract. We never charged you a penny more than what was our initial quoted price. We kept in touch with you every step of the way in regards to our carrier searches and any updates. As you mentioned that you gave 1.5 months notice to find a carrier, and as we explained at great length, carriers only commit to transporting customers vehicles nearer the time of the initial transport and only work in windows of time. So it is not always possible to get a guaranteed driver so far off in advance. I am not sure what you mean by misinformation about payment. We explained what was required to you and how payment was to be made. You never paid anymore than what was agreed in the first place.
