Even though the car took an extra two days to reach the destination, there was a holiday weekend involved and I can fully understand a delay. The agent, Josh, along with the drivers that picked the car up were very courteous. The pick-up was right on time and the car was delivered in the same shape that it left in. The final cost was the same as the quoted cost, with no hidden fees.

I would definitlely use AutoStar again.
