My overall experience with AutoStar was satisfactory. The driver who transporter my car called me a few days in advanced to check up with me. Two days before the pickup date, he asked if he could pick up the car one day earlier instead.

The phone calls were always helpful. If I had any questions, both the AutoStar representative and the driver were eager to assist.

As far as the drop off, the driver drove the car to my residence and parked it for me.
I recommend this company for any vehicle transporting needs.
