AutoStar Transport & Logistics was a very good company to select. They were not the cheapiest nor the most expensive. I called on friday morning and two hours later Cecilia had called back saying that they have found a transporter (this may not be typical but it happened to me). The car dealer was not open for pick up at the requested time and the next thing I knew the car transporter was calling me on Monday telling me that he would have the car to me in 30 minutes. What a surprise. I had not known that my car was picked up. The only thing that I can speak negative about is no conformation that the car was picked up and that the transporter they used was new and had only transported vehicles a few times. We have to remember that the company that we select is only the vender and may not know the transporters personally. The price quoted was the price paid.
The transporting company that they used was good, nice and very polite. It was a straight delivery and the cars were put on the transporter by the way they were delivered, so that my car was not taken off until it was delivered to me. The transporter was clean and in very good shape. I would use both of them again.
