From AutoStar Transport and Logistics: This review seems to be about the carrier. Customer placed his order with us on 10/9, a carrier was found the same day and vehicle was picked up same day of 10/09. Car was delivered from OR to AZ in two days! AutoStar Transport and Logistics provided a 5 star service in locating a carrier promptly. We have not been contacted by customer directly concerning any damage to the vehicle. As stardard in the industry, we do require to be notified of any damage within 24 hours of delivery. This is for the customers own protection to help their damage claim, otherwise it becomes increasingly difficult to prove damage was done during transport. If the customer would like to submit a review for the carrier directly, they may do so.
