The pick up of both vehicles was smooth without a problem. We were expecting the trip to take a longer time but we were called a day earlier which was great as we did not want to have to pay for a rental car. The driver who delivered the vehicles was very nice and moved both vehicles to my garage which were a ways away from the drop off location. I really appreciate the customer service provided. There were no damages to the car a little dirty but that it to be expected when you think of the travel through Arizona.
