My Original quote was for $1180, but I did not ship my car til 3 mos after I made the original inquiry. They made every effort to honor the quote that I was given but I ended up paying a little more. To me it was worth it because I had already left DC and was relying on someone else to prep my car for shipping.

The day my car was scheduled to be picked up the carrier arrived to pick up my car much later than planned but they were really accommodating and made sure they came and got my car (The driver ended up cabbing it to where my car was located). The drop off went much more smoothly, the driver arrived on schedule, and because I was able to leave items in my trunk, it saved me a lot of money in the long run on the cost of shipping the rest of my belongings. While I could not track my car online, everyone was super communicative about where my car was and the estimated drop off time. I also got my car back in great condition. Yes my car was dirty when I received it, but it was an open carrier and to be honest, it was dirty when they picked it up.

As Tatiana said, we tried the best to honor our quote, but ended up having to pay a little more to the driver upon delivery. Thank you Tatiana for understanding the situation and for being cooperative throughout the procedure. The carrier did a great job transporting the car and was always there to provide information regarding his schedule.
