I was amazed how smoothly the whole transaction went. After speaking with several other transport companies I was somewhat taken back by the integrity of the industry. However, after speaking with AutoStar I regained some comfort level. It seemed that everyone else could promise delivery but could not give me a specific pickup or delivery date. AutoStar was able to give me that information and the car was delivered as promised.
