A+! This was one our first time to use AutoStar Transport. They will now be "our" trucking company we use for all our shipping needs. I contacted them needing immediate assistance and shipping of a truck because the original company we had booked with couldn't ship across state lines! Needless to say I was in a time crunch as we had to have this truck to the destination within a few days. Kerron V. was extremely helpful explaining everything I needed to know, how it would work and kept in communication with me throughout the pickup and delivery process. Somehow they were able to pick up the truck the next day and deliver it the day after. The driver was very pleasant and kept in communication with the offices he was picking up from and delivering to. Definitely utilizing them again in the future.
