We are very sorry that now, two weeks after your car was delivered, you do not feel comfortable with the services provided. We feel it is important to clarify that the initial quote provided to you on 03/09/2016 was of $1065, and as you state on your review, we respected that rate. We also provided you with a great service. Your vehicle was picked up and delivered on time and we kept you updated along the way. On 04/04/2016 we called you to verify everything went well with the transport of your vehicle and you confirmed you had a great experience working with us. Again, we respected the original quote given to you and never increased our rate, and we are sorry that your views on the services provided have changed now. Please feel free to contact us if you need anything else.
