We will contact the carrier and look into your claim. Clearly you review reflects the job done by the carrier and not the 5 star service provided by AutoStar. We arranged for your vehicle to be picked up and delivered within the dates you requested at a competitive price. Unfortunately as per the contract you read and signed neither Autostar or the carrier is responsible for personal items left in the vehicle during transport.
