Unethical, never set up a pick up, refused refund and basically told me to go pound sand

Very disappointed in this company, Sofia and Mario. Placed my order on a Tuesday and told them I can only have the car picked up the following Tuesday, Thursday or Friday. I was told they could accommodate that timeline. Didn't hear back by Friday so I called, they said to be patient and they would call me Monday to confirm. No call on Monday, so I called them and spoke to Mario who claimed to be a Supervisor and he guaranteed the car would be picked up this week and he would call me within 24 hours to solidify the pickup. 24 hours passed, I called and was told they didn't have a driver yet. Finally today, Wednesday, I cancelled the order as one of the days I could have someone meet them (Tuesday) had passed and it was the day before my second option. They had promised me they would have a driver confirmed and lined up for 4 days and they failed to do so. When I called to explain that I wanted a refund they could care less. This is a very shady operation and I wouldn't recommend them for anyone. I lost my money and all they cared about was making sure I didn't get a refund when they did not provide the service they promised.

Vince, We appreciate your feedback and are always open to suggestions in order to excel as a company. Nevertheless, it is important that all facts regarding your interactions with us are also included on your review since by omitting them you would mislead our future customers on the services provided by our company. When you first requested a quote- Sofia, your coordinator, gave you a quote for $700. You inquired whether it was possible to lower the quote to $650. Sofia told you $700 was for an expedited shipment, whereas $650 would require you to be flexible with the dates and give us a minimum of a 3-day window in order to secure a carrier. Your First Available Pick up date in your contract was 09/12. In one of the emails you exchanged with Sofia, it was stated you could have someone available for pick up on 09/12, 09/14 or 09/15. On 09/12 we contacted you many times via phone and email to let you know we had a carrier for pick up on one of your requested dates. You called us later that evening and told us it would not work because your brother was actually not available then, basically contradicting what we were previously told in the email. On 09/14, still within the requested dates on your email and the minimum 3-day window needed for the type of quote you received, we started receiving calls and emails from you requesting to expedite the process, saying that unless we could get a carrier right then you would cancel and go with someone else. We tried to explain to you that we were still within the timeframe we told you originally, yet you decided to cancel your order with us before we even had the chance to secure a carrier for you. Our goal was to get your vehicle transported, and we are sure that, had we been given the time that we agreed on initially, we would have succeeded. No specific dates were promised or guaranteed, and we have recorded calls to prove that. We wish you well.
