AutoStar gave me the best experience I could have hoped to have when shipping my car from AZ to MS. When I was researching companies there was this one company that offered to deliver the same service for a third of what AutoStar had quoted me. I hesitated. But Martina Melnik, my service representative, took the time to educate me on this process by giving me websites where I could find customer reviews about those companies. I ended up choosing that skeptical company anyway and what Martina said would happen did, the company ended up tripping the price last minute.

I almost don't get my car to my desired destination on time.

Martina was able to still find me a reliable driver like 3 days before the pick up date!

All the accommodations I needed, all my concerns, everything got taken care of. Also, I called her many times and she was always prompt to reply my inquiries both via email and by phone.

I aplaude this company for really hiring and training people who care. I will definitively hire them in the future as well as recommend them.
