AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, Called to get a quote and vehicle was picked up that same day!

I had been calling and speaking to Carlos for a couple of months to get information about shipping and a quote but was not ready to have my vehicle picked up at the time. However, when my sister could no longer keep my car my boyfriend suggested I give Carlos a call and ask him to start looking for a driver so we could get something going. I spoke to Marco when I called in because Carlos was out of the office that day and I simply asked to start the process of looking for a driver and to double check the price I was given. After discussing the price, which did go up a bit because Alaska Auto increased their rates, I asked Marco to look for a driver and give me a call when he finds one. My boyfriend who is military and has dealt with shipping services before warned me that this could take weeks, maybe even months before they find one. So, I was very surprised when Marco gave me a call back within the hour saying he had a driver and my car could be picked up THAT DAY! I was shocked but so excited, I paid one flat fee and didn't have to deal with any other arrangements, as I had paid for Auto Star to handle everything for me. My car was picked up before I got off of work that day! I couldn't have been more excited. My car was delivered by the first date I was given (they gave me a date range) and besides being a little dirty, which is to be expected, everything was perfect! Auto Star was great and I highly recommend them. Living in Alaska, car shipping is often discussed and I always bring up Auto Star and my great experience with them- from the sounds of it I was given a really great deal! All of my coworkers and friends have said they paid more than that with other companies, booking everything themselves and/or by driving it themselves. Considering all I had to do was pay, sign a few papers, and pick up my car for only $2,400 I am so pleased I found Auto Star!
