We are very sorry for the delay in locating a carrier in a timely manner. Customer was informed from the very beginning the difficulty of this route. Customer also had the opportunity to cancel at anytime with a full refund as per our Money Back Guarantee, but they insisted we keep searching. A carrier was located, who was negotiating a better price for himself, and the offer was presented to the customer, and they gladly accepted. Again, as per our Money Back Guarantee, the customer had the option to cancel or accept the offer we had from the carrier. Again, our apologies for the delay.
