Carlos was on it from beginning to end! I would definitely be recommending Carlos to friend & family needing to ship their vehicles overseas! I will be using Carlos again to ship my other vehicle from Hawaii to Las Vegas in the very near future. He was super friendly & made the entire process super easy for me. I never had to wait long for him to respond to any questions I may have had. And he always followed up to check that I was ok.
