The CSR was courteous and prompt, the transporter kept communications open and kept in touch as the car was close to the destination. Everyone was nice and I would use it again if needed. The last time my family had a car transported across the country was about 25 years ago, I was happy to see that the price was about the same, my concern was that it was going to be too costly, but I was happy with the price.
