Hi Brandon. We at AutoStar Transport Express take all comments, good and bad, as an opportunity to thank our customers for their feedback and grow as a better service oriented company. We are aware that it took us one day longer than expected to get a carrier confirmation for the transport of your vehicle from OH to CA, and for that we apologize. Due to the nature of the industry and since we do depend on the availability of drivers on a specific route at a specific time, sometimes getting a carrier confirmation can be a bit harder than others (there are several factors that can affect this). We are glad that in the end we could locate a carrier that picked up and delivered your car in good condition and exactly within the estimated dates provided. We do have a Refund/Cancellation Policy, and had you decided to cancel your order within the contracted time frame, we would have gladly issued a full refund, but in the end our services were rendered. If you decide to work with us again we will give you a discounted price on our broker fee for the inconvenience. Thanks again for your feedback.
