We at AutoStar would like to take the opportunity to express our gratitude for all feedback, good or bad. We are honestly very confused by the customer’s review, and we even think this was left on the wrong company’s page. First of all, the customer placed two order with our company, to transport two vehicle from Colorado to Florida, con from Connecticut. The customer placed his first order with us on 09/19. As that vehicle was being delivered on 09/24, the customer contacted us to place a second order because he was satisfied with our services, there was no mention of anything going wrong with his first order. His second order was delivered on 09/29, and we were never contacted about any issues with that order either. We tried to contact the customer a few times just to check how everything went but couldn’t get through to him. Again, we were never contacted regarding any issues with any of his two orders. We tried contacting the customer again today to try to get more information on what happened but again, we could not get through to him. We honestly think this review may have been left on our page by mistake, and we ask the customer to please contact us at his earliest convenience to discuss what happened.
