I used AutoStar Transport Express to ship my car from Massachusetts to Maui in early January. The price seemed fair and was much lower than most - while I did receive one quote that was lower than theirs, it was not a guaranteed price as theirs was. I was nervous about the process, but my representative (Sean) put me at ease and was very responsive in answering my questions. If he wasn't available, someone else from AutoStar was always able to look up my information and tell me what I needed to know. The car arrived in great condition several weeks before expected! While this may have had more to do with the carrier and Matson than with AutoStar, I was grateful that they had set my expectations in such a way that I was pleasantly surprised at the speediness of the journey. I am very happy with the service and recommend the company without reservation.
