Service rep was very helpful and easy to work with. Follow-up with us was very good to ensure we understood the process. Pricing was the most reasonable out of approx. 4 other companies by several hundred dollars. We were able to track where our vehicle was. We received a call from a service rep a few days prior to give us more specific dates on when our vehicle would arrive at our doorstep. Vehicle arrived without any problems in great shape. Would recommend AutoStar without reservation.
