Customer service is a bid deal to me. I take surveys seriously . I always provide comments when I receive better than expected service or when I receive service I feel is not so good . I gave AutoStar a 5 Star rating . Simply put they did what they promised they would do which was to arrange for my Honda van to be picked up in Garden Ridge and delivered to Milbridge Maine a distance of close to 2500 miles . Their task was made more difficult than usual because they had to contend with Covid restrictions affecting long haul carriers. My AutoStar contact, Alan, was great from start to finish . He promptly kept me informed via phone calls or email. The same goes for John at the front office. The price was fair and included a much appreciated military discount . Lastly I was particularly impressed with Alan’s effort to vet a reputable carrier to carefully deliver my van to a small Maine town. The carrier was Ezel Transportation LLC. Having driven trucks while in college I have a healthy respect for truck drivers . The Ezel drivers showed up on time and delivered the van on the day they said they would . They called me to give me an ETA and arrived on time . There wasn’t a scratch on it. I also give them a 5 Star rating also.
