Our sincerest apologies for the condition of the car upon arrival. We do take this quite seriously and have informed our carrier of the situation that this is not the level of service we expect. It is quite normal for vehicles transported across the country to be exposed to the natural elements of dust, dirt, rain, etc.....and appreciate the customer's understanding of this.
