Professional service from the start. Was shipping a vehicle to my daughter in the army and was a bit concerned but AutoStar made it worry free. A pickup date was given two days before i was notified by AutoStar to confirm everything was all set. That same afternoon i received a call from the carrier, the day before pickup time was confirmed. The day of pickup i received a call from AutoStar, the carrier dispatch and the driver. I was made aware of when the driver had made it to the state and when delivery will be made and it was made on time as they said with no damages. I would use again and push others to do the same. It was a worry free experience.

I know you had some concerns because she is on a military base but we walked you through it and we made it very simple and easy so she could receive her car on the base.
