AutoStar Transport Express would like to offer our sincerest apologies that the customer did not have the same 5 star experience we are accustomed to providing. On the first day of availability, customer asked us to expedite his order. We were able to locate a carrier that could only go to Garrison, and wanted $100 more, but it would be picked up in 24 hours as requested. As the customer's broker we presented this option to the customer, and he happily agreed. We wish the customer well.
