Transporting vehicle to Puerto Rico started of great. AutoStar Transport delivered as promised. RODRIGO Was my contact person and he was on point throughout the process. He Was very helpful , informative and returned calls promptly. The problem towards the end was with Trailer Bridge. They on the other hand were not as helpful. Almost useless. They made a simple process difficult towards the end. Their Puerto Rico agent, Crystal Rios, never reached out to ensure how balance would be paid. I Was pretty much left to figure things out on my own. Rodrigo from AutoStar went out of his way to help me complete the process. He also followed thru after car was delivered. A true professional.
