Overall, AutoStar is very responsive and easy to work with for services. The only issue I have is that they should tell pending first time customers they will have to pay cash to the driver upon delivery. I provided my credit card to pay for the service only to realize as a broker they just charge a finder's fee and the rest to the driver is cash. Other than this inconvenience, the vehicle arrived on the timeline and driver communicated when I reached out.
