I was driving my car from Houston to NYC and needed it shipped back to Houston. I was very hesitant about using a transport company because of the long distance involved, but I knew that I didn't want to make the return drive. I called Autostar and spoke with Marie who was very helpful, courteous and knowledgable. I was nervous when my car was loaded on the truck, but my car arrived within 6 days, which was great considering the winter weather storms. I used open transport, and aside from the car being filthy, everything went well. I compared a lot of companies and Autostar was not only among the lowest cost, Marie was BY FAR the nicest person with whom I spoke.
