I worked with Eduardo to transfer my 2 vehicles from CA to TX. We scheduled 2-3 months in advance to transfer our vehicles during peak season. Eduardo was very responsive and provided great customer service, and we were able to transfer our vehicles separately to accommodate our schedule and needs. We had a flexible time frame for each of the vehicles so long as they arrived at the destination prior to a specific date. Although we had to pay a little more during the actual shipment, Eduardo was active in locating reliable carriers. He even paid a portion of the additional cost one of the carrier was asking to help manage our expenses. Overall very happy with my experience working with Eduardo at Autostar.
