We are very sorry customer felt the need to cancel so soon. There was never any agreement to pick up vehicle on the 22nd. In fact customer signed our contract and agreed that the first available date of the 22nd was NOT an appointment date, and that we would be allowed 5 business days to locate a carrier. It does take an average 3-5 days to locate and assign a carrier, from the first day it becomes available, and customer cancelled after only one day. We offered the customer credit for a future transport, but he never responded to us.
