I used AutoStar Transport just three weeks ago. Sofia is very helpful. She help me contact the carrier even before I put the order and make sure the auto carrier has the availability on my moving day (one day before my moving day) so I don't have to worry about the late pickup. I strongly recommend AutoStar Transport. I had a very bad experience with American Auto Shipping (Agent Mike). I put the same order two weeks ago with them. They never bother to contact me after I paid the down payment to them. They wait the auto carriers to take the order from them then they will contact you. They don't care about your moving day. Since they take more down payment from the total price, the auto carrier will get less. After two weeks, there were still no auto carriers contact them for picking up my car. Also after the down payment, it is really difficult to contact them through phone. They transferred me several times to speak with somebody. On the day before my moving day, I contact AutoStar, Sofia help me find the carrier Razvan and he picked up my car on my moving day and delivered my car as promised date. The whole experience was very smooth and pleasant. I am glad that I finally find the right auto moving company. I will use them again if I ever have long distant auto transportation.
