AutoStar Transport Express’ Demitri was the second person I heard from following filling out the electronic inquiry form on their website. Never having done this process, I didn’t know what to expect when attempting to have my personal vehicle transported across the country. Demitri truly took the time to explain what I could expect and maintained open communication with me throughout the beginning of the process. The only thing I would like to see is a way to directly track the whereabouts of one’s vehicle.
